Slide Out Uneven Left to Right When Retracted

The right hand side of our slide out is about 1-2 inches higher than the left when it is retracted. We noticed this since the siding on the slide out is not aligned on the right with the rest of the trailer. We have only used it three times. It is a 2014 Jayco Jay Flight that we bought used so it is not under warranty. It extends with no issues and everything else including the seals seem fine. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

Pictures will help us understand better.

That is something best left to the dealer.. I am sure some people on here can do it but personally I would leave that to the pros..

Pictures please. Might can help if y'all are pretty mechanically inclined and would rather do your own work. If not, it'd be a dealer thing.

Picture of uneven side

I have attached a photo showing the uneven slideout. The siding of the trailer no longer matches up to the rest of the trailer. I know that it did when we bought it since I washed every inch of that trailer, inside and out. Please let me know if you have any ideas how to fix this. Thanks!

I would check the vertical adjustment bolts under that side of the slide and see if the locking nut is tight ... look for signs of movement on the slotted part of the bracket towards the outside of the slide

I'll second that. Just odd for a slide to move "up" on the jack bolt adjustment. If the jack bolt is adjusted down, might have to adjust the in / out adjustment on the rail a little in the process, or you'll create another adjustment issue when the slide is extended.

Thanks for the help! We have never had a slide out and know nothing about them. Any help is appreciated.
