I have a 2007 Jayco jayflight and there is a soft spot on the floor between
the table and the sink I have been told that this has been a problem with
these models. Anyone else seen this if so what are the remedies?
Go underneath the rig and see if it's water damage-- if it's not shore it up with angle iron. That's what I did with my old Terry. I fixed mine in about 2 hours with a little Miller stick welder.
Sounds like water damage. You definetly need to find the cause before you can weigh your options on repairing it. I purchased one of the FEMA trailers just to play with and it had a very soft spot in the floor. It was water damage. I cut out the bad section, and replaced it after I found where it was leaking. I then replaced the linoleum. Hard to find a good match, so I choose a color that looked good beside it. Good luck.
Hiya BGReggs, Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum. Let us know what turns up.
