However, to see a more accurate temperature, I purchased (at Sam's Club) one of those "atomic" clocks that has both an indoor and (wireless) outdoor thermometer. Installing it is a breeze compared to performing replacement thermostat "surgery"- just a screw/nail in the wall or you can use the clock's self-storing legs and set on a counter, table, etc.

I use the temperature on the clock to set the furnace & A/C thermostat to its temperature. I only wish the trailer's thermostat had an "Auto" setting (to automatically switch between heat and A/C modes) like my one at home does.

I have the same setup, FPM, the stock thermostat and a wireless indoor outdoor weather station.

Ha Ha, I believe I am running around 550 HP and 1,100 FT Lbs torque. Last time I checked no stock Duramax is making that yet!

well your not stock either.... the only good thing about a Dodge is the cummins engine...

The Coleman Mach being replaced has a switch on the left for cool,fan,off,heat. The switch in the middle is for high fan,low fan in auto position and then low and high for the ON position. The temp slider is vertical on the right. I had a pic but you're only allowed 4 pics.

This is the wiring diagram for the new Coleman Mach. It will accomodate a unit with two a/c unit which I do not have. The two 12v get joined together and the two grounds joined together. don't use the gray ones( freeze sw). So here it goes. Red to red for 12v power,blue to blue for ground ,black to green for high fan,purple to gray for low speed fan,yellow to yellow for 12v to a/c, white to white for 12v to furnace.

I'll hard wire this in during the next few days in my 2006 Jay Flight 28FKS and see how it goes. This is my interpretation of the wiring diagrams and may not work on yours.

I replaced both of my original analog thermostats with the Coleman brand digital. Like you I spent more money, but having the original manufacturer thermostat makes me feel better for units that are still under warranty. I don't want any issues down the road.
Both of my replacements were very simply to install. Match up the colors and turn it on.

Mine too. I just did it tonight. Works great. I set it for 64 degrees, it shut off at 65 degrees and came back on at 63 degrees. Love it.

Found the Coleman digital for $79.89. This is the OEM digital replacement for my standard analog heat/cool thermostat.

It's not sold at many places online.
