Unhappy Water Heater Help Needed

Got my less than year old 264BHW set up this morning and went to turn on the hot water heater. The red light is on but I have no spark and no attempt to light.

The hot water heater was working 13 days ago when last camping.

I have propane and the heater is working.

The bypass is right and was working 2 weeks ago.

Any ideas?

Maybe need a new electrode or ignition module? Check all the fuses?

Possibly, but it's strange that the light on the switch is working.

monitor funnines

I think it is strange that when I pull the fuse for the pump and monitor the lights stay on. They are on a different circuit.

Turns out the thermal cut-off was activated. I bypassed it for testing and found I was not getting enough gas flow to burn through the flue.

I ran a coat hanger through the flue and found nothing blocking.

I think it is either the valve or control board.

Called camping wold in Devner where I bought. The service guy wanted to bet a mortgage payment it was because I did not de-winterize correctly.

When I called back he declined to pay up.

Also the could get me in, doing me a "favor", on July 1st and the want it 4 to 6 weeks.

Big fun
