Water Heater Valve

Ok, I'm winterizing my camper, and go to bypass the water heater, turn one little valve and then I turn the second valve and it pops off in my hand. Its not leaking but I cannot bypass it without turning it. The tubing is raupex and the little brass valve is crimped in the line.
Does anyone know where I can order a repair kit and valve??
