Water to fridge in NEW Seismic 4250

Just getting ready to take our NEW 2016 Seismic 4250 out for a first trial run and packing things in and can not get water to the fridge ice maker or dispenser. Is there a shut off or a trick I am missing thanks for your help

Did you ever discover how to get water to icemaker, I am having same issue. The valve just to the left bottom back of the fridge, inside the TV cabinet is on, took that loose to check and there is no water getting to the valve??

yes we got it to work there is also a valve under the sink behind the short false wall. good luck
