What do you clean your EPDM Roof With?

We have a 2015 Eagle Premier with Dicor's Diflex II TPO Roofing - tan color.
I've tried cleaning it with Dicor's Roof Cleaner and then used Dicor's Roof Guard on it.
I didn't think the Dicor's Roof Cleaner did a very good job on cleaning the roof. I cleaned off the surface dirt, but didn't do much to clean the stains or other dark spots in the roof.
I've tried contacting Jayco for their recommendations - they said check with the manufacture. I've email Dicor for their recommendations and never received a reply.
This is our 1st trailer with this type of roof. All previous trailers had the Dicor White EPDM roof.
Any suggestions and/or products that you've used that have performed well for you and that you would recommend?

My dealer uses powdered laundry detergent and a soft brush on a broom handle to clean both TPO and EPDM roof material. It works pretty good. It rinses off well and doesn't seem to leave a residue when it dries. A full cup is plenty. I usually wet the roof down, scatter a little powder over roughly a 4x4 area, scrub, then rinse.

That said, I wouldn't worry about stains that won't scrub off once you've gone over the whole roof well. I primarily wash my roof to prevent the black streaks from forming down the sides of my TT.

Blue Dawn in the unscented/unflavored mixture- Used with the same soft bristle brush that is used to wash the rest of the unit- JMHO- DD

Spic and Span powder with a car brush I have been using for years and seems to work the best for me. I find that the tough stains come up once you go over it again after the initial scrub and rinse.

I used a mixture that I was told about and it worked great....
2 oz of Dawn Dishwashing liquid
4 oz lemon juice
8 oz white vinegar
10 oz of water.

I used it on my awning and my roof.....left it on for a couple of hours then rinsed it off while giving it a light scrub. Worked well on my white roof. I tried it in a little area first to see what happened and it worked so I continued.

I used a spray bottle.

Don't use anything that has any citrus or degreaser components to it.

I recommend mild dish detergent or car wash soap mixed with cool water and very soft brush or what's specifically recommended up in the manual. Personally would be concerned using anything else will permanently damage the membrane roof. You can't see stains from the ground. Only reason to wash the roof is to keep dirt from washing down the sides of the rig.

I have been using Thetford rubber roof cleaner and protectant. It works fine. I don't worry about the stains just wash off the worst of it in the spring.

X2, this works for me and it's so easy. Dawn is good but it will strip the wax off your TT and I like to layer my wax so I like using the car wash soap.
