Airsafe Hitch with weight distrubtion system

Anybody have any experience with the airsafe class 5 hitch used in conjunction with weight distribution?
AIRSAFEâ„¢ Class V | Air Hitch by AirSafe Hitch Technology

Do you recommend it? Does it really make a noticeable difference in the TV?

I wasn't impressed with what I saw. First, it will make any weight distribution device you add to it work harder because it moves the ball farther from the rear axle. Their claims lost a lot of credibility with me when I saw this claim:

No bearings to crush or wear-out, instead we use the military tough Nyloil® which is a self lubricating nylon. So tough you can actually machine it.

The bolded part is a total crock; all nylon is machinable.

First time I've ever heard of the product.., I tend to steer clear of making any recommendations on a new WDH, much to learn yet.
