Andersen Ultimate question - Ram factory GN prep

Hey guys, hoping someone with the Ram factory gooseneck prep can help. Both the Reese and Curt ball have a lever on the top of the ball, the Mopar version does not but is almost twice as much....So i'm leaning towards the first 2 options.

How does this interfere with the installation of the gooseneck mount version? The way I understand it is the top bolt screws down on top of the ball to pull up on the hitch and tighten on the ball. My thought is that it could damage the lever on the top of the ball. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks in advance!!!!
