As an update to this thread, I thought it would be important to relay the following information that JOF member "Raugustin" posted in another JOF thread:

Mike,

I would suspect that Jayco may use a couple of different coupler models, to confirm yours I would contact Jayco directly (have your VIN handy) for the actual brand/model number coupler.
