I would make the 2 or so inch adjustment down for all the reasons above plus your tail is going to clear the "dips" better. You look like your clearences are very minimal and it could result is a lost stabilizer.
If you enter a crowned road with a "dip" like exiting or entering a parking lot you might loose something based on the picture I am looking at.
