Anyone use Eternabond?

I am re-roofing a 1996 Eagle I am impressed with the eternabond products. What is your experience with it?

I used EternaBond tape on my old motorhome and was 110% satisified with it. It is a great product and it makes permanent repairs.

Just for the heck of it I used a small piece on a crack in the bottom of my car wash tire bucket, with the adhesive back partially exposed to the water in the bucket. To my surprise I used the bucket for several more years! Hardly a scientific test, but it impressed me.

Amazon is a little cheaoer than Grainger. Check Camoing World on-line store too. 4" wide is more usedful than 2"

There are several different companies marketing rubber roof material- It is my understanding that Eternabond is compatable with all of them- Firestone is one company that manufactures EPDM roofing- I am unaware who the others are- Google may be able to answer that question- Some rvers paint the roof material with a rubber base paint to lenghthen the life of the roofing material- I have used this product sucessfully for several years- Welcome to this forum and don't be shy in sharing your knowledge or asking for pointers- JMHO- DD
