The new generation of trucks are all excellent choices. It really boils down to a few minor personal requirements and which one you like the look of in your garage.

Couldn't agree more. Given unlimited funds, I'd have at least one of each!

I still like my Ram truck... and like the looks of it over any of the others. That being said, I've had too many things go wrong with it in what I consider a short time. If I had it to do over again I'd have bought the F250... But I don't have a crystal ball, so if I'd bought the F250 I'd probably be saying if I knew what I know now, I'd have bought the Ram... But, the pulling power and safety factor of the heavier truck seems worth the hassle.

At least I didn't have to go through the Ford 6.0 debacle personally. I managed a fleet of company trucks and the one we had out of 21 trucks usually ate my maintenance budget every quarter.

I'd like to see this test done today.
It would be anticlimactic. Neither would flex. I'd waste my popcorn.

I watched a DVD that Ford dealers gave out several years ago where they were comparing the Tundra's frame to their F150 frame. They really ragged on the Tundra. They also compared the Chevy and Ram 1500s. About 60% of the video was Tundra, 30% Chevy and 10 % Ram. I think they didn't want to show how well the Ram did against the F150.

Love my RAM, wouldn't dream of switching to another make.

Also love that FORD is so popular, keeps the RAM prices down and value high.
