GAWR and GVWR not making sense

Hi, I have a 09' 19H and was just looking at my yellow sticker which says my GVWR is 4950#, each GAWR is 2200#, so with two axles, that is 4400# max if perfectly distributed? What am I missing? Is the Tongue weight not included in the GAWR since the TV would we carrying that weight? Thanks.

Some manufactures, it seems including Jayco on certain models (I was unaware Jayco was doing this), add the tw (from what it seems the "dry" tw) to the axles rating to achieve a higher gvwr. Your tw will never be as low as the dry tw due to the propane tank(s) and battery weight not being included in it.
