GPS Route Planning

I have a Rand McNally RVND 5510 GPS and like it a lot, however, I can not figure out how to plan a route using Interstate route numbers. I am going to LaFollette, TN with a stop in Wooster, Ohio the end of this week. I looked at Google Maps and have a route chosen that I would like to take, but don't know how to enter that information into my GPS. Can anyone help?

Check the owners manual You might be able to import the route right from Google maps.

Program your final destination first. Then, pick out points along the route you want to travel and add them as intermediate stops. My Garmin asks me if I want to "add to active route".

In addition to Seann's suggestion, there are several other import options.
