Honda Ridgeline tow mirrors

I tow with a 2010 ridgeline and the factory mirrors are useless for towing. There are no aftermarket replacement tow mirrors for this truck. I have used the strap on type ,but they will not stay in place and do not extend far enough to help. Today I ordered a pair of Mcklesh mirrors. I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with them. Thanks for any info.

Haven't used the McKesh and no CIPA Ford Explorer specific mirrors, but I do use these CIPA's

http://www.amazon.com/CIPA-11960-Pre...towing+mirrors

Work very well and a magnifying mirror from CIPA directly is an option.

Here's what we use with our '07 Ridgeline.
Cipa 11650 Door Mount Towing Mirror - Walmart.com
They work well, and we just slide the mirror off if we want to run around and not take the whole thing off.

Does your 2014 x23b have a tv mounted on the wall. We have the same camper and are wanting to install one, Thinking about a articulating mount do you any suggestions. We purchased our 2014 x23b in Oct.2013.Traded in a 2009 Jayco 1206 that we purchased new. How does your Ridgeline handle your x23b.

We didn't order a TV with ours. We e-mailed Jayco with our vin # and they emailed the plans for the door side wall. We mounted an articulating mount to the wood plate inside the wall. We just use a 19" TV and remove it while traveling (I guess we could use a strap to keep it from swinging). Every thing tight and no problems.

We don't have a Ridgeline, but we use the same mirror as dhinkle57. They're available on Amazon for $30.93.

We also mounted the 5 inch convex mirror to the bottom ($8.87 each).
Amazon.com: CIPA 48500, 5" Round Convex Black

They both work perfectly so far (we've only brought the new TT home, about a 70 mile trip). Once you set them up and adjust the mirrors (be sure to loosen the screws to adjust, then snug them back up once mirror is adjusted), then you just re-install for next use and your good to go. Just my .02 cents. Good luck and happy camping!
