Yes, all three are Jay Flights, and constructed the same way, "stick and tin".
My 23RB is the shortest at 27' 2". The 26BH is the longest at 29' 2". As mentioned, it's exactly like mine from the front to the end of the living compartment. It's just 2 feet longer where they put in 2 bunks and made the bathroom smaller. It doesn't have a slide just like mine.
The middle one, the 24RBS is a little different because it has a slide but the construction is exactly the same.
I know my 23RB has 3500# axles because I've crawled under it to confirm. The others I've never crawled under, but am assuming here. The tires are the same however.
Yes, the 24RBS has a GVWR of 7500 but has axles that equal 7000, so Jayco is coming up with a GVWR of 7500 by assuming the tongue weight is being carried by the hitch and not the axles of the trailer.
Maybe I will ask why my 23RB has only a GVWR of 6500# even though it has 3500# axles under it.

Have you verified they all have the 3500lb axle per the sticker on each rig, or by crawling underneath to look at the axle itself?
Not being familiar with the RB or RBS models, are they Jay Flights like the BH? If one is a SLX model, could be due to the floor and frame construction as well. Last I knew, both the floor and frame were different on the SLX model compared to the Jay Flight.
Only other thing I can think of to compare is the tire size is also part of the equation for the 6500lb gvwr model.
As for the 7500lb gvwr, does that model have an ~500lb dry tw? Some manufactures are adding the dry tw to the total axle rating to achieve a higher gvwr on the rig. Was that way with a Catalina we considered with the same floor plan as our 32. Had 2-4400lb axles, with a 9500lb gvwr. And the dry tw was 7xxlbs per the brochure.
Maybe try emailing Jayco and asking about the three different models and why they all have a different gvwr. Please let us know what Jayco says if you do.
