Mud flaps to protect truck and trailer
Installed a set of Duraflap Mud Flaps today.
Front Install [Model FF 2 11]
Rear Install [Model FF 2XL 11]
Install went pretty easy. Removing the and reinstalling the rear support bracket was a little more difficult than I expected. Two rear flaps don't quite line up evenly on both sides, not quite sure why. Overall satisfied with the look and quality of the product.
Truck is a 2015 F-250 CC SB Diesel 4x4 with 20" wheels

@TCNASHVILLE it is hard to tell. Are those low in the back as mine appear?

Here's a set of rock guards homemade for my truck. They slide into the OE hitch and are held in place with snap pins.

I don't think so, but they do a pretty good of protecting the running boards and tailpipe. I looked at quite a few and the Huskies had the right price and they were molded to fit the wheel wells with just a screw in application. Life time guarantee as well.

Norti1, great idea! Did you use box tubing to slide inside or piece of flat stock? I have the same truck and thinking how to take up for the space inside the tube to keep the flap sturdy.

It is a piece of angle iron with a bend to match the angle of the hitch tube. Just bolted rubber mat from Tractor Supply on it with a piece of flat stock to hold it in place. On the exhaust side, there is a metal baffle to keep the exhaust off the rubber flap. I cut the rubber to ride 1 inch off the pavement when I am loaded.

I would appreciate some more pics. So it would be like a 2.5" light weight angle iron, heat and bend it to make it straight?

I put a set of WeatherTech bolt on splash guards on my truck - they look factory equipped and require no drilling. They come about half way down my big Duratracs which are a knobby tire that kick rocks back, so I also run a RockSolid Tow Guard when towing my trailer. I tack welded the attachment bracket to the shank, and the guard bolts onto that. The bolt-on only method only held the guard on by friction and wasn't secure enough for my liking. It works great and keeps the trailer cleaner and free from stone dents.

I prefer the longer Duraflap mud flaps. They do a great job protecting my trailer and boat as well as my truck. No mud on my running boards
Very easy drill-less installation. Mine are centered to my tires. If yours are not send a photo or two to them to see why not. They helped me a lot when I had questions.
I don't want to put that long heavy one on the back if I do not have to. My trailer is clean when I get where I am going. No new rock chips.

That is a good setup. If you really want to make the most of it, try a set of Eco Flaps on it. I use Eco Flaps. They are substantially more aerodynamic while providing excellent protection. The don't curl or wave while going down the road and need no weight at the bottom to prevent that.
