My horns don't honk

The horns on my 05 GMC 3500 quit working- The 15 amp fuse is good- I replaced the horn relay to no avail- What do I do next? Where are the horns located? Is this characteristic of this vehicle? Any pointers for me ? THANX in advance for all responses- DD

Horns should be between the grill and the rad way down deep in the body work. actually easy to get at just pop the top cover pull the pins then pull the grill off.. no screws in there at all. My 04 is intermittent on the horn working..
