Crabman, we've added the Saugerties KOA to our "must spend a weekend there next year" list. It's even the same exit off I-87 as Rip VW CG. Thanks for the heads up.

(We plan on towing with the awing, slides, and stablizers deployed for quicker set-up. We are still waiting to hear back from Ingersoll Rand for the tow specs, but I'm sure with a good tail wind we'll be pulling into Yellow Stone about 2015)

You have the most fantastic sense of humor! Well done!!!

Our TV back up

Here are a couple of photos of our back up tow vehicle - the other Ford one-tonner. This is "Henry", a 1926 version of Ford's one ton line up. He's done a lot of towing and hauling in his lifespan, with his 7:1 worm gear rear axle ratio, :hihi:but we had to retire him when we got the fifth wheel camper - just couldn't figure out how to mount the hitch.

Smile running deep

Chevy may run deep, but Ford's got a better idea, IMHO. Each to his/her own.
