Leveling kit in the front, extra leaf in the rear, bully dog programmer 35in goodyear duratracs and 17in procomp rims
gonna add 4.56 gears in the spring, the 3.55's make it a dog for pulling

99 Trooper V6 3.5L 225k+ miles on it. Just rebuilt the motor over the fall after loosing compression in one cylinder. Transmission ws rebuilt last spring before we bought the 17c.

Tows well with a lot of weight in it. Steep hills give it a fit power wise but highway is fine. Never had it over 65 though but it seemed like it would go much faster if I needed/wanted to.

Going to install upgraded springs in the rear this year if it ever warms up.

We run a WDH and sway bar. Sway has never been an issue as a matter of fact ran it without the sway bar once and never experienced any issues even with semi's running full tilt past us. But rather be safe so we use it.

Made the mistake of buying the long bed. Rides great, but long wheel base makes it tough to maneuver and I need a parking lot to turn it around. Working with the dealer to hopefully trade it for a standard bed without taking too much of a beating.

Our tow beast 2012 chevy 2500HD LTZ crew cab, 4x4, 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel , Allison transmission, exhaust brake, tow mirrors, leather heated and AC seats, line x bed liner, tinted front windows, ranch hand grill guard, tonno pro bed cover, husky mud guards, factory chrome running boards, so far the best truck we have owned used as a daily driver averages 21 on highway and 12 towing, super smooth ride, we put 20k on it the 1st year towing across the Midwest. Love the DEF system, 5 gallons last about 9k miles, can keep the truck in the garage and it doesn't stink up the house with diesel smoke when started.

Finally got some pics of the new trailer & TV. Still too much snow to pull the trailer out of storage lot (102" so far for the season), but just had to get some posted. As you can see, I, also, was going for the color coordinated theme. (You can see why I picked Brownie for my "handle".) Heck, even the dog is brown & white!

Nice truck. I tried to put those tow mirrors on my 2012 Silveraro 1500 LTZ. They could never get them to work, GM blamed it on the memory seats.

My F150 S.Crew w/6.5' bed, Ecoboost V-6, Factory HD Tow Package w/brake controller & mirrors. Plus, its got all the OFF's (Old Fart Features) like side bed steps and tailgate step w/assist post. Love the back-up camera. Sure makes aligning with the trailer a lot easier.

Don't have a pic of it hitched up yet. Still waiting on the proper shank.
