Payload sticker is low at around 1900# with the accessories I added. The new ARE cap will be another 200# or so plus everything else I carry like tools, tow strap, jumper cables etc. That will put me down around 1600#.

Towing is limited to about 16,600#.

I've heard of that place. In fact, someone I follow on you tub just did a video there. That's the private resort that requires new rigs and no small pop ups? Kinda pricey too?

Rigs needs to be at least 10 years or younger. OR require photos to be submitted for approval (yes it's kinda a turn off) but for those who take care of their rigs it shouldn't be an issue.
I cannot confirm the pop up campers but I did not see any. There are a number of RV locations on Port Aransas but this one takes the cake.

Your YouTube video wouldn't be Big Truck Big Rv would it? I just saw it just the other day. I commented on the video cause we were there the same time he was. Small world.

Ok so a travel trailer or HT 5er isn't out of the question. Nice.

No worries. I thought I may have typed it wrong lol.

It's a decent place and one we will go back to. Some great food of the area too.

Pretty much any TT or HT 5th as well as many of the smaller Eagle 5th wheels are possible to tow. If you wanted one of the larger Eagles, North Points etc, you would want the 3500. We have no plans to go away from the TT for at least the next 10-12 years until we reach retirement. By then, I will have a new truck anyway as the salt and sand destroys the bodies on vehicles here.

My current Tow Vehicle which I purchased in November 2016 is a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD 4x4 with the Duramax Diesel. Just picked up a 2016 Jayco North Point 341RLTS and with this truck everything is level. Which is great.

Nice! I predict you're not gonna want to stop driving.

I had a 2012 GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD 4x4 Diesel Crew Cab before this one and I do like this one a lot more.

Just got back from a 1000 mile road trip from NH to Indianapolis to pick up our new 2016 Jayco North Point 341RLTS and I have to say that you are right. Really enjoyed the ride out and back. Towed the new trailer like it was not even back there.

Beautiful combo Joker. The 377 will be our next trailer and the new truck will look like yours only black.
