The one we looked at is also an SV, trailer hitch (not listed as towing package) but base mirrors. Does yours have a built in brake controller?

All Titan XD models except the S have power towing mirrors. On my 17’ SV, they’re more than adequate and you can extend or fold them in manually.
The design is the same as the ones on our 07’ Titan except Nissan added convenience lights.

Thanks for the picture. I was incorrect in my previous post, the one we looked at is an S not the SV. Base black bumpers, grill, and vinyl flooring. We liked everything about the truck except the mirrors.
The price that the dealer is offering it for is very tempting. It would be as a replacement for my wife's Ram 1500. Not quite ready to purchase yet, and probably will end up ordering a 2018 once we make up our minds.

Got this with our 17’:
SV Tow Convenience Package – Tow mirrors (manually extending with heat and puddle lamps), Trailer Brake Controller, Trailer Light Function Check (included on key fob), receiver hitch, 7-pin wiring harness connector (rear bumper), integrated gooseneck hitch, front tow hooks (black; 2WD)
I’ve set the trailer brake controller once and it works great. We’re on our 2nd trip with the new truck and have one more test (the 7% Cuesta Grade on the 101N) later this week.

That’s what happened to us. Took the 07’ in for Service and drove away with a 17’.
Damn end of the month closing out the 17’s gotta make the quota deal!! LOL!

It works great though I only tow on the east coast not the big mountains out west. Works better than the Allison.

Nothing wrong with that Woodworker
I usually put about 1-200 on the truck then switch it out. This one I have modified heavily so I may see if I can get this diesel to 500. Premium fluids, best fuel I can find, amazing filtration
But I digress. I have a buddy with the same truck as I do purchased at the same time with 158k on it.

True diesels aren't broke in till around 80,000 anyway. The 6.4 gassers like mine are a different story. 500,000 on a kept up diesel should be avg. I change my high dollar fluids amd oil as called for by Mopar but I still don't expect the same lifespan and shouldn't

Great truck...what rear end does it have? I have heard that the 6.2 with 4.30 gears is a towing beast.
