The 6.2 dropped off the option list in 2014. It is no longer available in the F150 and was replaced by the 3.5EB in the Raptor.

It took a bit to find a F150 with the 6.2. I was interested in the track record of reliability the 6.2 has, as I put tons of miles on a truck. My 2009 F150 had 310,000 miles in it when I traded it in on this 2013, with only 80,000 miles. I just wasn't ready to jump on the Eco Boost band wagon, although my wife has a Lincoln MKC with the 2.0 eco and it really seems great.

My 2016 F150 2.7 EcoBoost has almost 100K miles and is now pulling it’s 4th camper since I bought it new. Best truck I’ve ever owned and that’s coming from a former Chevy guy.
2.7 EcoBoost F150 4x4 and Jayco 222SL toyhauler

My 2007 Tundra Double Cab, best pickup I've ever owned. Looks as good as the day I brought it home in 2007. Now with 135,000 miles.

I wish I would have got a f150 with the ecoboost instead of the ram.

It's not often that I have my herd of vehicles all in the same place at the same time. So, I decided to snap a pic.

Thanks. This is definitely one of those moments when you realize you have WAY too many vehicles.
