Vehicle 'Sway Bars' are also called 'Anti-Roll Bars'. They are designed to reduce the vehicle 'roll' or 'lean' when cornering. I don't believe folks towing 5th wheel trailers have problems with vehicle roll.
This is not the same 'sway' that some folks towing travel trailers may experience.
My truck has a factory a rear 'sway bar' that is part of the 'Camper Special' (I believe) package and is primarily for reducing body roll for 'truck campers' carried in and above the truck bed.
Are you towing a 5th wheel that has some kind of sway or roll problem?
