sway bar

I picked up a hitch from a friend of mine to pull my trailer 30' jayco. I have the sway bar and the hitch but no ball for the trailer. Will this work?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sway-Control...58d6f0&vxp=mtr

And if so, where do I mount it on the tongue? How far from tip?

Thanks
Chris

That looks like the right one to me. I believe they are mounted approx 20 to 24 inches from the end of hitch. Dont hold me to that but i believe that is close from what i remember.

I just bought a sway bar, but haven't installed it yet. lx is correct, the "destructions" in mine says 24" from center to center of each ball.

Husky inst state 24 inches from center of COUPLER to Center of rear ball, which is centered and level on frame. Just installed one two days ago.
