Your measurements look good assuming your TV's front fender measurement was around 37 1/2" (or more) with TV/TT hitched but WDH not engaged. Also, most folks don't realize that it's best to drive the TV/TT combo around the block
after making "static" WDH adjustments, then re-check the TV's front fender height (some suspensions may settle a little....rise/drop).
The TV rear fender measurement is what it is, and a 1" to 2" drop is common after addressing the TV's front suspension requirements.
If it was my setup I would dial-in the WDH adjustment such that the fender height was as close to 37" as possible with WDH engaged (but not below 37"). I realize that some TV manufactures specify the 50% rule with the front fender height when making WDH adjustments....., but I found with my particular TV/TT set-up a 50% fender height return doesn't equal 50% weight return.
Throw a copy of the CAT scale walk-thru in the glove box, and as you mentioned visit the CAT scale when the opportunity arises.
