TV anti-sway control on or off?

I am looking for some advice. When you are towing your TT, do you tow with the tow vehicles anti-sway turned on or off? Does it help or do they fight each other? Most of the WDH have anti-sway built in so I was curious about the TV. Thanks in advance.

In 2010 on our first trip with our new 2011 F350 with a Titanium 30E34TS we drove into a terrible storm on the 401 in Ontario. At about 25 km/hour in 4 wheel drive the wind grabbed my rig and I was suddenly looking at the ditch; before I could react the sway control straightened the truck and 5er, this happened twice. I would suggest leaving your sway control on, it saved our bacon.

I just purchased a blue ox sway pro. The dealer told me I should turn off both sway and traction control. I was confused on this so I contacted sway pro and they told me the same thing. They both said they would fight against each other.

I'm having a hard time figuring this out, but I figure you can't have too many safety features so I'm leaving them both on until I see something different.

I am not aware of a way to disable the anti sway on my 2015 GMC 2500HD.

Besides, from the description of how mine works, the trailer would have to be swaying quite a bit for it to engage and if that were the case, then that tells me that my Blue Ox has already failed to control the situation by itself.

Mine will stay on.

There is a way to disable it on my 2013 F150, but I always leave it on, even though I use friction sway control on our trailer. I don't want to find out in the worst possible way that I was wrong by turning it off.
