TV/FW Weight

Steer axle==4380 lbs
drive axle==6500 lbs
trailer axle==10360 lbs
gross weight 21240 lbs.

2011 Jayco Eagle 321RLTS FW
2012 Dodge 3500

I don't know if this is good or bad.

Your yellow weight limit sticker on the truck will tell you GVWR and Front/Rear GAWR. Compare your known weights (CAT Scale?) against those. Hopefully you will be below the axle limits. Since you are pulling with a 3500 you probably are. Did you make a pass over the scale with just your TV? If so Steer Axle+Drive Axle (w/ trailer) - Steer Axle - Drive Axle(w/o trailer) will tell you the pin weight. That's important because 20-25% of the trailer weight should be on the pin.

GVWR=Gross Vehicle Weight Rating
GAWR=Gross Axle Weight Rating

Tricky part in pulling a 5th wheeler: Need to try to stay within/under GVWR rating of the truck, when everything is fully loaded (including the front part of the 5th wheel trailer, which gives the extra pin weight). The pin weight plus weight of the truck, fully loaded with people, fuel, load coming down on the truck from the RV… ideally is less than (at least not too much more than) the GVWR.

Drive axle capacity can also be an issue, although most trucks are underrated (I have been told… the street conversation has it this way, anyway), so this probably is not an issue.. but, again, that pin weight becomes the key here, and some 5th wheels are very heavy in the front.

Looking around the campgrounds, RV parks: Looks to me like lots of folks are overloaded re: GVWR!! But, it probably works within some limits… as truck manufacturers probably "over-build/under-rate" a bit.

From the looks of those numbers you are good. Can't remember what rear axle rating is on the 2012 model but on my 03 it's 9350 lbs.
Front is 4740. I've loaded quite heavy and not hit those numbers yet. Check the sticker on your door post for your ratings.
Ha ha i just looked through some scale tickets and found one similar to yours.
steer.......4480
drive.......7700
trailer......10580
gross.......22760
