Wedge shaped Jayco

I saw a wedge shaped Jayco at our campgrounds today. It was called a Skylark. The info I saw online shows an exterior picture, an interior picture, and specs.. According to the Jayco site, the only year I saw manufactured was 2012. Does anyone have one of these or seen one of these?

24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.

We do have some members with Skylarks, in our TT poll the Skylark got few votes so I`m guessing they were discontinued due to slow sales after a very short time.

Design Flaw Propane tanks

The propane tanks are in the very back. this in my opinion is a very big design flaw, as that weight causes massive trailer sway, this is our second season with the skylark. What i do now is i take the tanks out to travel, and put them in my truck. i am now looking at adding a door to the front of the V nose and store them under my sink, to have the weight on the tongue. also the storage compartment is in the back, which sucks as well, so my blocks and anything else heavy i just haul in my truck.

We have one. We have only gotten to go out in it a few times but really like it so far. The interior is pretty modern and it is very bright inside. We can't wait to take her out more this summer.

We have a 2011 Skylark. They were only made for 2 years, which is unfortunate, because they are really nice trailers. We love ours. It tows easily with a V6. We get 12-14 mpg with our Honda Pilot depending upon the terrain and speed. It is comfortable for two, but will sleep up to six as long as two of the six are under 48" tall. It comes with an electric awning, convection microwave, all LED lights, lots of storage, and a heat pump. It is prewired for cable and TV.

They were popular for a few years and a good many makers had a version. They faded away just as fast. My guess is not enough demand.
