Not my tow vehicle, but my “company” vehicle...Chevy 2500 crew cab, long bed. Got new shoes this past Monday and these tires were recommended and have been great so far. Much quieter then the previous Goodyear’s. Just thought I’d add to the someone’s list of tires to consider. Toyo, Openrange LT’s.

That's a nice looking tire I like that looks of those, when my stock tires wear down I might take a look at these. How is the road noise and do you loose mileage on those?

They are WAY quieter...I had the road drone from the old tires and now I have none! I can't quite give you an answer about the mileage yet. I had a 1/2 tank when I had them put on and just filled up yesterday. So far I've been really impressed with them. Kinda wish I could get them for my dually!

Good stuff on the tires. I have had those before and really liked them. The Nittos I have now are outstanding though. May go Mickey Thompson next go around.

Just ordered my Titan Travel Trekker in bed tank. So technically didn’t do it yet but will be in the next couple weeks. Last two things were a full set of Duraflaps and a Access Tonneau cover.

Just changed the fluid in the rear differential. Way past due. After reading the owners manual for my truck, I discovered that any type of regular towing is considered “severe duty” and the maintenance interval is half. So instead of replacing the fluid every 100k, I need to do it every 50k. Just an FYI as I’m sure many people never even think about the differential fluid, much less changing it.

Took the door mirror off, to replace it.
Seems the clip-on-towing mirror was too much for it on the last trip :-(

I did the same thing in my F-250. The Husky's are head/shoulder above the WeatherTechs.

What did you do to your Tow Vehicle today?

I have had two sets. Both let me down. They have smooth bottoms so if the anchor points come loose or off they will slide on your floor. Fit and finish wasn’t impressive. Went back to Husky and I’m glad I did. Secure and great figment.

The Weather Techs I had were kinda like a hard plastic. The Husky's are more pliable, feel softer and lay down better. Plus the fitment is exact and lifetime warranty. Lots of people swear by the Weather Techs but I like the Husky's much better.

Added Tyger brand (offshore) steps to the truck. They are black and look very nice for $200 steps. Now the entire family doesn't have to struggle getting in and out of the truck.

Sure would like to get some Husky mats but they don't seem to make them for the mench seat F250s with the floor mount transfer shifter.

I washed mine yesterday and spent some time removing road spatter with a product called Tarminator. I have had a can of this stuff for years and it works well. BTW: I have no financial interest in this product. I also use it on the rv.

I tried to buff out a small scratch from a post that moved over behind my truck while I was backing.

Not today, but this past weekend, I traded in the Tundra for a new to me ‘15 RAM 3500HD CTD Crewcab! Can’t wait to see how it pulls the new 28BHS we ordered late last year. I’m sure it will be no match for the RAM. The Tundra will be missed... but so far I’m really enjoying the RAM and the Cummins!
