Great job! Feel free to come to Dallas and do mine.
Lol Dan, I have relatives in San Antonio. Next time I'm there I'll do yours in exchange for the beverage of choice! Might as well do Tom's as well. Maybe he'll make us pizza.

I went out and started it in the garage tonite and found the touch screen doesn't work to the touch. The display works and everything works off knobs and buttons but you can't use any of the functions via touch.

Alternator shot craps today, I had a choice between a 105 amp and 130 amp so I went with the 130 amp thinking now that I'm charging the TT battery also it couldn't hurt to have more amps. Unfortunately what I didn't find out until I put it on is it has a higher profile and takes a longer belt.

So I'm asking for opinions, is there a benefit to the higher amp output for charging the TT while towing? If there is I'll buy the belt, if not I'll save the money and just exchange the alternator.

Decided to stay with the 130 amp, I could use a new belt anyway.

I’ll up the ante. The DW will cook a delicious meal of your choosing and provide the beverages of choice in exchange!

I had the front and rear seal on transmission replaced (front one was leaking). I also changed front differential fluid changed. Just need some warm weather to wash and wax it.

Got an oil change, new fuel filter, new turbo CAC boots, and new front and rear shocks. Had my mechanic check hoses, belts and brakes for upcoming trip to Montana. She’s ready to roll.

Awesome! What shocks did you end up going with?

Nothing exotic — Monroe Reflex. Should serve my needs though. Truck remains pretty much bone stock.

Today, I say “goodbye” to my trusty 2012 F150 King Ranch. Needing more power and control, I’m picking up a new-to-me 2019 F250, FWD gasser.

Installed a new prodigy p3 brake controller!

Last fall our old SOB controller, wimped out and would barely apply any voltage to the brakes. I manually applied the brakes through the controller to get home. Messed with it this winter, but the TT was in storage. When I brought the TT home a couple weeks ago, I had no brakes or a LOT of brakes, nothing in between. The weather is cruddy this week (blizzard like), so maybe, next week I can give it a quick test run.
