Yesterday I allowed my wife to vacuum out the floorboards and clean the windows.

Earlier this week I changed the motor oil and filter, using good ol' Walmart Super-Tech full synthetic 5w-20, and a Purolator filter. Still zero oil usage after 80k miles.

I had to replace the washer pump on my '96 Chevy dually earlier this week. It was $20 for a Trico pump at O'Reilly's.

Aired up the tires and the suspension air bags in preparation for my short trip to warmer climes today.

Not a bad price for a water pump!

Washer pump, not water pump.

We put a water pump on this truck about 12-14 years ago.

Folded the tow mirrors back down, thus converting it back to my "daily driver". They'll go back up soon enough!

Parked it at Imperial Dam LTVA, 20 miles north of Yuma. Left it hooked up to the TT, and just dropped the tongue jack and stabilizers. I'm not going to drive for the next few days, so no sense unhooking and hooking back up. Thursday I am heading down to Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, so I can look across the border into Mexico, among other things.

Gonna wash it next week. According to our 10 day forecast, it's going to be in the 50's & 60's Christmas week. Must be El-Nino! Maybe we'll go camping instead.

Rotated the tires and adjusted pressure. For some reason these wheels like to stick on the hub, need a little persuasion to get off.
