Got the L-Brackets and Rails removed from the 2500 today. Picking up the new 3500 tomorrow! Can't wait! Gonna use same parts on the 3500 to try and save a little money!

Picked up the new TV today. Wow...do the RPM's run a lot higher at 75 MPH with a 4:10 rear compared to the old 3:42 I was running in the 2500! Just got done transferring some of the old goodies on to the new TV. Put the AMP step on the rear, put the old tonneau cover on and put the K&N filter/intake on. Everything fit great. I'm very happy with the purchase! I'll put the 5er hitch in next weekend...weather permitting!

Installed on an board air compressor and dash board pressure gauge for my Air Lift air bags. Now with the push of a button, I can inflate the airbags on my Avalanche from the front seat - whoo hoo!

Took the WDH from the old TV and put it on the new TV. Couldn't hook up to the TT because the hitch height was extremely high even with the TT jack at maximum extension and on a 5" block. Quite a difference in height between the F150 and the F250. Had to turn the hitch upside down and re-install the ball. Took measurements and set the WD bars. With everything level, took the TV and TT for a test drive. Works great!

Topped off the coolant reservoir. It burped a little after replacing the thermostats a couple of weeks ago and needed a top off. Yesterday was also oil/filter change time.

Installed our Adarac kayak rack on the truck today so we can take our boats camping with us.

Easy to install/remove and really strong.

That's a cool set up! Wish I could do something like that but pulling a fifth wheel makes it a challenge to find something that works and is easy to put on/take off.

Hitch Installed

Got the hitch installed this morning, along with the bed plug. If I had been smart...I'd have taken pics or a video of the install, but I forgot! I can say that you definitely pucker before you make that 1st hole in the bed of your truck!! You'll have to settle for the finished pics...sorry. I also wanted to have more rear light when backing so I installed Diode Dynamics LED backup lights (520 lumens). I took a pic last night with the factory lights, so I'll take another pic tonight and post them both up to see if there is any significant difference. Time for beer!!
