Put it in 4WD to deal with our 30-minute mini blizzard. First time I've ever used 4WD. It was also the first snowfall of any kind this winter, even though it only amounted to about a quarter of an inch.

Installed 2 new wiper blades. Also had to replace the driver side low beam bulb. The this afternoon a rock hit the windshield and cracked it. Now to get that replaced.

Drove it to work. DW and I work in the same office, so we switch off every other day; today was my day. It's SO dirty! I keep telling myself I'm going to wait until the construction around me eases up, or the rain quits before I wash it, but it's getting bad enough that I'm just going to have to do it anyway. I hate having a dirty truck, it looks SO much better clean!

I installed new front brakes last night. It was 4 degrees outside when I started, turned the heat up in the garage and it was up to 50 by the time I was done.

Installed new Bilstein front shocks to replace originals with 116K on them. It took me a little longer than I thought it would, but overall it went smoothly. The only specialty tool needed was a spring compressor to get the old shock out, and my local auto parts store lent me a set for free. The front is a little more stiff now, but the biggest difference I have noticed is my stopping distance. Replacing the front shocks has made a significant improvement in my breaking. Total project cost was $185 and it took about 4 hrs in my driveway.

After seeing the difference changing the front shocks has made, I've decided to do the rears also before camping season starts.

Made an easy 230 mi furniture run on a beautiful Sunday: Drove to Ikea, loaded a bed & frame into the bed, a chair and footstool into the TV backseat, and drove home. Dropped off the bed & stuff at our son's house. The chair & footstool will go into our TT to replace the factory swivel rockers.
