Last night I installed the Reese hitch kit (rails and frame connectors) in my new F250 so I could get my hitch in place, and today I installed rear fender panels. Going to hitch up later today and see how things line up (rail height etc)

Installed a Class IV Derale Transmission Cooler on my F150 this last weekend, install was fairly painless, though every time I work on my truck or any other vehicle I come out looking like I went 10 rounds with a feral cat lol

Took it to the dealer to make sure my hitch was beefy enough for my new trailer. Made an appointment to have my wiring inspected and/or redone (almost 20 years old) as well as install a newer brake controller.

Emptied all the gear out of the bed. Now she's back to daily driver duty.
Had to fix some of the seals on my tonno cover as well.

Very nice Jack!
Welcome to the 6.7 club. I dumped my 06 F350 for a '14 F350 about a year ago and never looked back. Best part is not constantly having to worry about FICM voltage, EOT, ECT, temp spreads, etc.
Just get in and drive with all the power you need and a nice, quiet smooth ride. [emoji3]

For some reason I thought you had the diesel 6.0.
Yeah, I'm sure going from the V10 gas to the 6.7 diesel is a night and day difference. It was a significant difference going from the 6.0 diesel to the 6.7 for me.

Rob, which brand of shocks did you go with? I think the original Ranchos on my '12 are in need of replacing even though the truck only has 58K on it. Thanks, Terry

I added a High mount/third brake light backup camera. Ties in to my Sync 2/navigation 8" screen, I use one of my Upfitter switches to toggle between the O.E.M. Tailgate backup camera and the new high mount which gives me a great view of the fifth wheel hitch when hooking up to my Fiver.

Where did you get the camera and how did you connect it to the Sync?

https://camera-source.com/
It is pretty much a Plug and Play setup.
The kit contains a T-Harness that goes between the Sync head unit and wiring harness.
I did not use the supplied toggle switch I wire it to one of my upfitters switches. (Much cleaner look)

I have not pulled my TT since installing the throttle body spacer, but I have made a few trips in the truck, and the fuel mileage has improved by maybe 2 MPG. I just got 21 MPG on a 260 mile round trip, driving 70-80 mph (as posted here in Idaho) and using the AC most of the time. Last week, I saw over 25 MPG after cruising around Yellowstone Park. I was a little skeptical, too, but it works.
