Well I get between 7.5 to 11mpg. When pulling 10,500lbs into a 30-35mph head wind I get 7.5mpg, but with a 5-10mph wind I get 11mpg. I tow at 62mph

I get 12 mpg towing my 9000 lb trailer with the new Duramax 3500HD.
I was happy to get 8 mpg with my previous Suburban K2500 with 8.1 ltr engine and 4.10 differential. If there was a strong headwind, I'd get 6.
I typically tow at 63-65 mph.

Please state if this is measured (do the math) or your truck's computers guess
My truck got 11-12MPG measured average on a trip from NM to Yelllowstone. I pull around 7000lbs.
I'm happy

12 to 13 MPG hauling down the road with cruise on at 60MPH, unless I am bucking a West Texas headwind, then it decreases significantly. Both computer figures as well as pencil/paper calculations.

Not towing I get 18-22.5mpg but once I tow with a huge head wind I drop to 7.5mpg.

I got around 10-11 mpg pulling through the mountains last summer.
I didn't weigh it but I'm guessing the trailer weighed somewhere around 6800 lbs, truck is a 2011 Ram 1500 Hemi.
EDIT: Speed was around 65 mph

Just a note apparently American gallons and Canadian (Imperial) gallons are different.

Good point.
Mine is in american. I crossed the border before I put any gas in and made sure I was full before I crossed back at the end of the trip.....much cheaper on the other side
