It is, literally...the hard part is remembering to do it.

The usable width is about. 18". The problem is on the left is a corner piece thats not at a 90 angle. It must be a wiring plenum. On the right is the shower.

Does this make sense? If no let me know and I'll try to explain better.

Just wondering how the decal search was going?

Well thanks for asking. It's kind of a two part answer. My wife really is starting to like the "Taco Stand" all white look, and it stands out just being white (and a hybrid - I did not see any on our first trip), and secondly we are saving all our money for trips! Still mayb do it yet......

yes, I agree, would rather spend money on camping for sure BTW if you get a chance to check out draining concerns on the hybrid thread, we posted a picture of what our under the sing plumbing looks like and we are wondering if it is the usual or if the drain coming from the direction of the wash-room is slanted and whether or not we should be concerned. Since our TT is the same as yours, perhaps you will know if yours looks similar. Thanks

I was noticing the differences between my 2011 23J and the pictures above. Mine has 3 steps, yours has 2. I have read about a kit to raise the trailer, maybe mine has it. The brochure says over all height with air conditioner is 10 ft. Mine is closer to 10 ft 5 in. Caused me problems when finding storage last fall, the first place I tried to get into didn't have the clearance i needed. Found that out AFTER draging the trailer over there.
Because the weather was so nice I made special arrangements to get the trailer out of storage early, picked it up yesterday, snowed all the way home. Grrrrrrr.....

Snow. What is that??

I measured my two steps and the bottom step is 18" below the bottom of the door. I didn't measure to the ground because I have about a 4" drop from back to front on my driveway.

Just got to measure mine, bottom of door to top of bottom step is 21". Measured from the bottom of frame to level ground, 24". Just got the trailer back from the dealer as they completed some warranty work. The main concern was the right side brakes would lock up during slow manuvers when just touching the brakes. Caused a lot of heat too. Afer much searcing and parts replacement and talks with Dexter, they found the drums were out of round, this caused the locking up. Thanks to the dealer for thier perserverance, as the problem was difficult to find. Brakes worked perfectly on the way home.

How's everyone's X23J and summer going? We are going out this weekend for our 6th weekend trip. I will have to say, I can't wait for some fall camping as this Florida heat (and bugs) are getting to me (wife is ready for a hotel adventure)

Just got back from our 3rd trip of the summer. Still having some break issues, but dealer is on the right track to getting them sorted out. Went to Lake Wissota State Park by Chippewa Falls WI. It was 93 degrees and humid when we arrived. Felt like we were in Florida! Very nice state park with large sites, about half are electric, our air conditioner was working overtime, but kept up with the job. Toured the Leinenkugels Brewery yesterday, really neat to watch the beer making process. It was amazing how small of a facility and how few people it takes to make a quarter million barrels of beer a year. Spotless facility. Freee taste tests!
