2nd trip out in the new 16XRB

Hey folks - I am really enjoying my new rig, especially after upgrading from a pop up. I am also very proud that my backing up skills are improving, finally!(99% of the sites here are pull thru's, however)
Here are some photos of my weekend trip with one of my sweet dogs, Romeo:

This was at Prado Regional Park in chino, Ca. Site #46. I had an unobstructed view of the lake. Sites are distant from each other, which I really liked. I am so used to camping where everyone is on top of everyone else.

Looks like the weather made for a enjoyable trip. Your interior looks real good I just love all the color.

Prado is a fun place! We take our X17Z there at least a couple times a year!

Looks Good! I live 5 minutes away from Prado Regional Park. How is it? Can you give me details? Is it clean? Noisy? Weekend Warriors? Is there an area where my kids can ride their bikes? I remember driving thru some years back and it didn't look kept up. Would like to take the 19h out before the summer!!

I really liked Prado. When I was there it was fairly quiet, even in the mornings. I think having lots of space between each site is key. It's a great place for the kids to ride their bikes, flat and safe. Also, hiking trails and horseback riding nearby.
There is a shooting range in the distance you can hear throughout the day, but after awhile it became like white noise and I tuned it out.
The park was well kept and clean. Every morning I watched as young men in orange vests would empty the trash cans and clean the restrooms.
Restrooms are old but not "gross". I didn't see the showers as I used my own when I stayed there. Full hook ups and pull through's. I'd say check it out!

Prado is County run and maintained, It's nice, but not 5 star. Also, some sites are nicer than others.

About 6 miles away is canyon RV Park, which is privately owned and REALLY nice, one of my favorites, you might want to check it out.

Who knew? I hadn't heard of this park and it certainly is close. It's a bit pricey but I guess that's because it is privately owned. I'll have to put it on my list of local spots.
