We've used command strips several places around the TT. Sometimes they hold, sometimes not. I always clean the area prior to use but sometimes they just don't hold. Our shower caddy lasted a few trips and then we found it on the floor. Used the 3M double-side auto trim tape to stick it back up and it's held up fine. Hooks that hold very little weight seem to do the best, like hooks inside the under-sink doors and on the wardrobe doors. I'm one of these guys that has a hard time making screw holes in my walls.

I have many Command hooks in the TT. The only place I have had any issues with them was on the wood paneling. What I finally did to get them to stick, was to use a little “Goof-Off” and wiped the spot that I was trying to mount the hook. There must be some kind of silicone protecting layer over the wood, that keeps the adhesive from sticking. I have them in the shower, on a wall to hold up a clock, a couple of little Command Hook clear baskets in the kitchen and bunks, hooks outside next to the door to hold jackets and dog leashes. I am sure there are a few more. Other than the wood paneling (until I learned to clean the wood) I have never had one fall off.
