Battery not charging

We haven't used on the camper in about three weeks since we were on vacation. Last time we used it we completely used up the battery and I haven't charged it since. I try to charge it yesterday but I just checked and it's still empty. Is it possible that not charging the battery for a while will somehow break it?

A lead acid battery will have its life shortened dramatically when it is repeatedly discharged below 50%. If your battery was discharged to 0% and has been setting in that state for some time there is a very good chance it will not recover.

Best thing you can do with a battery used for a camper is to keep it on a trickle type charger (battery tender) when it's not in use. When my camping trip is done, I remove the battery from its tray, place it on my bench, and attach the battery tender to it.

Make sure you buy a deep cycle battery to replace this one if it will not charge.
