Bike rack on the back of a 23j or 23b

Has anyone put a bike rack on the back of a 23j or 23b? I have a 23j and am concerned about how much it bounces going down the road.

I have one on our 23B. We have a 2" receiver, welded to the frame. The bumper is not strong enough.

My brother told me our original rack bounced a bit. I now have a swagman 4 place platform, my brother says there is nearly no bounce. Swagman does say the rack is not for RV use.

Check out the thread.look at this bike rack. This is what I want to do with my x23b. Don't think you would get much bounce on that rack.
