Red face Black Tank Release - Hard to Reach!

Newbie Jayco X17A owners here. It's my job to empty the black tank at the dump station. I have no problem with the process, EXCEPT for the fact that I can't easily reach the lever to open the tank unless I am sitting on the ground. This isn't always practical! Anyone else have this issue? Is there anything like a grabber to help? I've searched several sites but haven't found anything useful. Thanks in advance for any insight and tips.

It's always getting on my hands and knees for my to "pull". Never put much though into a way to extend the lever.

I'll watch this thread for any savy answers

I posted something similar to this about a week ago. My grey tank flush is under the slide out, so in order to drain the tank, I have to crawl underneath each time; a big pain in the rear. I received some good comments back. Try searching the Valterra website for extension handles and other gadgets that may be useful.
