Can't. Attach wheel
I'm having a hard time attaching that little wheel to the front Stabilizer .
I am cranking that part up all the way while the camper is attached to my car but the little wheel does not fit. The camper needs to go higher in the front. Is no way my Tahoe can go any higher. How can I get the wheel on there? Should I put down the camper stabilizers in the front to crank it up?

I wouldnt do that. Those things are just meant to make contact with the groung and a little pressure. Get a floor jack of bottle jack. I bought a cheap ($20) little floor jack at wally world that I take with me.

Do not put the front stabilizers down and crank them up. Can you back the tahoe up on some boards, or use the tongue jack to raise the trailer and tahoe higher, then put boards or a jack stand in a place that will support the weight so you can crank the tongue jack back up and install the wheel?

I will try that. Just seems a little bit strange having to do that. Is it common that it is that difficult or is my Tahoe maybe just sitting too low? I noticed that it is not really straight when towing but the back comes down a little

Why are you putting a wheel on you tongue jack?
We used to do that on very small trailers that we would move by hand, but a TT even a HTT seems like the tongue weight would be a bit much for the wheel or to move by hand. For that reason I am not sure I would want a wheel, I would want that tongue jack to be firmly set.
I've never had a HTT, maybe I am showing my ignorance, but it it was me I would just throw that week away get a flat plate then set that on a couple 6x6 when you park or set up for camping. Much less chance of it rolling or sliding.

I use the wheel when the RV goes in storage (at the request of the storage mgr). I found that I can get the wheel on and off as long as the RV is connected to the tow vehicle with the WDH bars in place. If I take off the WDH bars, the back end of the tow vehicle drops too low and does not allow clearance to install the wheel on the tongue jack.

You could install rear air shocks on the TV, then inflate them to get some rear "height".

If you only use the wheel for storage, why not put it on before you remove the weight distribution bars? Then you wouldn't have to buy anything extra.

It seems to me that there should be room to get the wheel on. If not there is probably a problem with your hitch setup between your trailer and your vehicle. You mentioned that the trailer sat very low. If you are not using a weight distribution hitch, you need to purchase a ball mount with the correct drop so the trailer sits level when hitched. If you are using a weight distribution hitch, your height may need adjustment so the trailer sits level with the bars attached, or you need to attach the bars to lift the trailer and vehicle so there is room for the wheel.

Tounge Jack Wheel R&R
A 30" (or so) length of 4x4 under the ball hitch (e.g., foreward of the jack) works nicely. Crank up the front, lower it so the hitch is setting on the 4X4, and continue cranking until the jack stand is far enough off the ground to install/remove the wheel.
PLEASE be sure you've chocked the wheels before you do this!

I find that a bottle jack works very well Also comes in handy for other items that need to be lifted

CampingWorld gave me this foot plate when I bought the TT because they said it helps with the shakes while camping.

My current HTT did not come with a wheel. Nor would I want one.

Why is the storage manager requesting that the wheel be on?
I use one of those orange cones under the camper stabilizer whenever it's unhitched from my tow vehicle; especially when it's at the storage location. I've used several storage locations in the past to store a camper, and none of them ever stated they needed (or required) that the camper have a wheel on its stabilizer.

I had to jack up the HTT to get my wheel off before I threw it in the garage when I had mine. At almost 5K lbs I wasn't going to try and push it anywhere anyway.

Yeah..that seems weird to me too. It's not like they have to push your camper around like a tricycle. My storage lot manager has a tow motor with a ball attachment on the forks. I guess if something happens and he has to move trailer around.
