Cord retainers for under the fold-out bunks

Hello everyone. I have a Starcraft (Jayco) expandable unit with three fold-down beds. As you probably know, the canvas over the beds has a cord running through the bottom (called a shock cord) and the cord is supposed to stretch around some little round rubber pieces to hold it in place, these are located on the underside of the bunks. The Starcraft manual calls these shock cord retainers and we now have several broken ones, after owning the trailer for more than 7 years. I need to replace them and I have done a big search for them, since I'm sure I'll have to order them. However, I have failed to locate them. Anybody know where I might find them? Perhaps I'm just calling them the wrong name, since none of the major online retailers show anything when I search under that name. Any help is appreciated!

A Starcraft or Jayco dealer should be able to get the parts for you. I know what you are refering to. A friend of mine had a Starcarft with the same disk.
No I am NOT retired. I work full time.:D
