Delamination

Hi all!!
Have a 2001 jayco kiwi 23b. Bought used, had some leaks and I repaired (details in another post of mine).

Well completed first trip to darien lake. Had a great time and no issues with tow or time there. May invest in a wdh as it does seem a bit low at hitch point....
Only issue I had was when almost home. Looked in mirror and notice wall seam (door side) near front bunk had separated and was pulling away from camper. Essentially outside skin separating at front seam. Yikes!
Pulled over and popped it all back under coping.
Another 15 min drive home and same thing although not as much.
I'm assuming that the leak it had previously had cause the delamination but how the heck did it come loose? Any one else encounter an issue like this?
Thanks for any and all responses
Cheers
