Is it safe to hook my tt up to my household electrical outlet

Yes. But I would not recommend running the air conditioner.

as long as you have the correct wire size and breaker size for the load you intend to run You most likely have a 30 amp cord on the TT. You can plug into a 15 amp house circuit by using an adaptor. You will however be limited on what you can power up in the TT. You most likely will be unable to run the TT's A/C unit but you will be ok for running the convertor. You would be much better off by installing a separate 30 amp circuit for the TT

You can plug into a 20 amp circuit, to keep the battery charged, or cool down the fridge. Not good for running the A/C. Are you wanting to leave it plugged in all the time??
