microwave in 2012 X23B not venting

When we use the microwave in our 2012 X23B it collects moisture inside. It does not appear to vent anywhere. It possibly vents through the grate just above it, but if it does there is just barely any air movement. I listed this (and 8 other things) when I dropped it off for service in the fall. They replaced the microwave...same thing. The new one collects moisture inside on the top and sides.

Anybody else experience this?

Nope. If you remove the four screws in the front and unplug it (inside the kitchen cabinet), you can remove the microwave, it does not weigh to much, but it is up high and it is a little difficult to put back in as you have to feed the cord through the hole. When you remove it you will see there is a small vent section on top and it vents to the front of the microwave. Maybe the dealer reused the skirting and something is plugging the vent?
