My canvas is leaking

We got our 03 23B last week. It had been garage kept. We don't have have a garage to keep it in. So both bunks were out while on our driveway and we just had a hard rain. The front bunk leaked in two places. It leaked where it looks like they patched it and it leaked where the bunk meets the trailer. I've ordered pugs for it will the pugs help stop the leak? The pugs will go right over where the leak is by what appears to be a patch. Will the pug cover the area where the bunk meets the roof?

Maybe you could treat the canvass with some Water Repellent.

Something like this perhaps? Thetford 32942 Spray-N-Shield Stand and Water Repellent 32oz Trailer Camper RV

I wouldn't rely on the Pugs to keep you dry. Especially in a wind storm

Leaked where the bunks meet the trailer? Like where the canvas attaches on top?

The pugs will not prevent leaks.

I'm not so sure spray repellent will help because the outside of the canvas is covered in vinyl. Try seam sealer around the patch and of course all the seams. When that's all dry have someone run a hose over the places you think it's leaking. You stay inside and watch. Once you determine where exactly water is coming in you'll have a better idea on what to do.
