You have to be careful when raising and lowering the hitch, if you at all cross the little sticker on it it will blow a fuse, I learned that the hard way

I have a 2013 x23b we got in 2012. I caught a look at the new style bunk latches. Personally, I don't like them. I have the metal cargo latches. I know they are high on the camper. I am 6' and still use a step stool to work them. But I also use the stool to make sure the canvas is tucked in the top. The fact that the new latches are plastic also worries me. I seems to me the something holding up the bunkend with it's weight should be a bit more robust.

We have a 2014 x23b. Our front bunk door exterior had some bubbling of the lamination. We took it to our dealer and they had to take photos and submit the warranty claim. Jayco is replacing the door. We never had any issues with the battery - we did get a 2nd battery as we were boondocking quite a bit and wanted extra capacity. We charged the batteries with an inexpensive solar kit from Harbor Freight. Jayco also replaced one of our windows that didn't work properly - it was near impossible to open and close.

It seems the new X23B sits higher. I've seen comments before about how low the ground clearance is on the hybrids. Looks like Jayco has addressed that.

The new X23B now has a traditional leaf spring suspension, no torsion tubes anymore. So you can now flip the axles.

Hello all, I've been off the forum for a while (to much camping)
Hope the two of you with the battery issues got them fixed.
My two new issue are a leaking toilet. Leaking were the water line runs into the top of the toilet. Tent material pulling away from camper. The plastic trim that secures the tent to the camper is not attached to the camper properly.

I've got a similar problem. I've got cracks in that plastic material on each of the top corners of the front bunk. I've been in the camper in heavy rain, and nothing gets in because of the sill that's above the door. But, I'm concerned that the crack will expand eventually. I've thought about a little clear caulk in there, but that's really a patch and not a fix. I'm not sure what can be done other than taking the tent off and replacing it, which I'm not keen on doing.

I wonder why? Cost? I really like the torsion springs.

Adjust the ride height? As I recall they have 14" wheels under it too. I wish I had that feature, many more replacement tire options.

Poor workmanship I believe. On my 2017 the plastic trim is clear (my 2013 was brown plastic ) I have been able to see daylight in the upper corners since day 1. Looks to me like they attached the lower ends first then the top middle. By the time they reach the upper corners they were short on plastock trim.
I think they left out some screws also. If the wind blows I have a 1 foot gap in the corner.

Went camping last weekend with a friend that has a 2012 x17z. He bottomed out on the gravel road leading to our sights. I did not with my 2017.
